Clean carrot cake pancakes with protein frosting
1/4 cup oat flour (you can make your own by putting oats in a blender)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of ginger
3 tbsp egg whites
2 packets of stevia
1/2 unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup grated carrots 
Put all ingredients in a blender on puree until carrots are well incorporated. Prepare like any other pancake on medium heat. Edges will change color when ready to be flipped.
Protein Frosting:
2 tablespoons fat free unsweetened greek yogurt
1/2 serving of vanilla protein powder
Stevia to taste
Mix above ingredients and top pancakes with delicious delicious frosting.
